The most frequently asked question in education advice is "what is the advisory fee for?". On this page we write our fee structure openly.
Three separate items
- School fees: tuition, registration and materials are paid directly to the school and are the same as the school's official price list.
- Our service fee: stated in the contract according to the package you choose, VAT included.
- Third-party costs: visa fee, insurance, flight, accommodation deposit and translation fees.
Commission disclosure
Many partner schools pay us a commission for referring students. This commission does not increase your school price. At language schools our service fee is low; for university applications, because there is no commission from the school, the package fee is higher. This difference is written in the contract.
Refund terms
- School registration deposit: depends on the school's refund policy; in the case of visa refusal most schools refund in full. We give you the school's terms in writing before registration.
- Our service fee: if you withdraw before registration is made, 80% is refunded. After a visa refusal a second school application is made free of charge.
Price changes
School prices are updated once a year; the price valid at registration is written into the contract. Because of exchange-rate changes, the lira equivalent of euro and dollar prices is calculated on the payment day.
Questions and objections
For any question about the fee structure you can ask for a written breakdown at the first meeting. We allow you a 48-hour reflection period to review the contract item by item before signing.
