What is the advisory fee for? Does the school price go up?
The school price does not go up; it equals the school's official price list. Our service fee is stated separately and in writing in the contract for school comparison, registration, document and visa support, accommodation and post-arrival support. We also openly state that we receive commission from many partner schools.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first 30-minute consultation, at the office or online, is free and non-binding. At the end you are sent a written comparison of three schools.
From what age can one attend a language school abroad?
In adult language schools the minimum age is usually 16. For ages 12-17 there are supervised summer schools and youth programmes; for students under 18 parental consent and, in some countries, a local guardian are required.
What happens to the school fee if the visa is refused?
Most schools refund the deposit in full or largely when a visa refusal document is presented. We provide refund terms in writing before registration. In our service fee, a second school application after a visa refusal is free.
Can I work abroad?
Language-course students have no or very limited right to work in most countries. For university students limited work permission is possible depending on the country (e.g. Canada, Germany). Details are on the country pages; ask our adviser for current conditions.
How do I decide on accommodation?
A homestay is for those who want to adapt to the language and culture quickly in a new country; a residence for those seeking a social setting and security; a student house or studio for those who want independence. Our adviser makes a comparison according to your age, budget and duration.
How will I make payments?
You pay our service fee in lira in Turkey and school fees in euros, dollars or pounds by transfer to the school's bank account. The payment plan and receipts are visible in the panel. You can stage school payments to reduce exchange-rate risk.
When should university applications begin?
Preparation for bachelor's applications should start at least 9-12 months before the deadlines. Language exams, personal statements, references and documents take time. Our calendar shows deadlines by country.
As a parent, how do I follow the process?
As a parent you can access the same file in the customer panel, see documents and payments and message the adviser. For summer schools a weekly parent report and a WhatsApp update group are provided.
Can I apply if my language level is low?
Yes. Most language schools accept from beginner level (A1). If you aim to reach the level needed for university, a language course and foundation route is planned.
