When you buy a package an application file is opened in your name and customer panel access is sent to the parent and the student. In the panel your file is divided into stages by country and programme; for each stage you can see what to do, who is responsible and the estimated date.
Stages
- Consultation and programme choice: goals, budget and profile are assessed and a written comparison of three schools is presented.
- School registration and payment: the application form is completed, documents are uploaded, the deposit is paid and the acceptance letter is received.
- Visa and accommodation: the visa file, health insurance and accommodation (homestay, residence, student house) are planned.
- Flight and welcome: flight details are shared and airport meet and greet and orientation are arranged.
- Support on site: a local contact person and 24/7 emergency line during the first month.

- Document upload (passport, transcript, language test result) and manager approval
- Stage timeline and notifications
- Messaging with the adviser and a task list
- Payment plan and receipt downloads
Parent access
For students under 18 the parent can access the same file in the panel with read-only or full permission. Attendance and grade reports from the school are also uploaded to the panel.
Time estimates
A language school application takes one to two weeks and total preparation including the visa four to eight weeks. For university applications the preparation period is three to six months; deadlines are published in our application calendar.
