As Yarınsal Global Eğitim Danışmanlık Ltd. (the "Company") we are the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Because the data of minors is also processed in education advice, we ask parents to read this notice carefully.
Data processed
Identity, contact details, passport information, education and grade documents, language test results, health and diet notes (only as shared), family information, payment and panel records, and parent details for minors.
Purposes and legal bases
- Forming and performing the advisory contract
- Making applications to schools and universities (explicit consent)
- Running visa and accommodation processes
- Legal obligations (invoicing, retention) and satisfaction work (legitimate interest)
Transfers and retention
Within your explicit consent your data may be transferred, including abroad, to the school or university applied to, accommodation providers, insurers, consulates or application centres and payment institutions. Contract and invoice records are kept for 10 years and application documents are deleted two years after the programme ends.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may access, correct and delete your data, object to processing and claim compensation for damage. You can send requests to kvkk@yarinsal.com.tr.
